How long will it take?
Our booking form estimates your duration automatically based on bedrooms, bathrooms, storeys, and property condition. Most homes take 2–5 hours. You'll see the estimate before you submit.

How long does a residential clean take?
Duration depends on your home size and condition. A 2-bedroom home typically takes 2.5–3 hours; a 4-bedroom 4–5 hours. Your booking form will calculate an estimate automatically.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many clients leave a key or use a lockbox. We'll let you know when we've arrived and when we're done.
What products do you use?
We use plant-based, non-toxic cleaning products that are effective on grime but safe for kids, pets, and surfaces.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it — no questions asked.
How often should I book?
Most clients prefer fortnightly. Weekly keeps on top of busy households with kids or pets. Monthly suits people who like a regular deep reset.
