1. Agreement to Terms
By submitting a booking request with PureSpot Cleaning (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all residential and vacate cleaning services we provide.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking.
- We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability.
- A booking is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from us.
- We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations (under 48 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of up to $75.
- We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Access to Property
- You must ensure safe and lawful access to the property at the agreed time.
- If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a call-out fee may apply.
- You are responsible for informing us of any security codes, alarm systems, or access requirements in advance.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your clean:
- Contact us within 24 hours (residential) or 72 hours (vacate) of the clean.
- We will return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no cost.
- This guarantee does not apply to damage caused by pre-existing conditions or items not disclosed prior to the booking.
6. Liability
- We hold public liability insurance for all services provided.
- Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from fragile or improperly secured items.
7. Payment
- Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking confirmation.
- We accept bank transfer and cash unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment is due on the day of service unless a prior arrangement has been made.
8. Operating Hours
Services are provided Wednesday to Sunday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Perth time). We do not operate on Mondays or Tuesdays, or on Western Australian public holidays without prior arrangement.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and in the jurisdiction of Western Australia.
