Frequently asked questions
Why is 6 hours the minimum?
A proper vacate clean takes time. Cutting corners on move-out cleans is exactly why tenants lose bond money. We set the minimum at 6 hours to ensure everything is done to a standard that passes real estate inspection.
What if the agent finds something we missed?
We offer a re-clean guarantee. If the property manager finds a legitimate issue related to our work within 72 hours, we'll return and fix it at no extra cost.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. We bring all cleaning products, equipment, and supplies. You don't need to provide anything.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1 week before your vacate date, and 2 weeks during peak periods (end of month). Popular dates fill fast.
Is the oven included?
Yes. A full oven deep clean is included as standard in all vacate cleans. This is one of the most common agent inspection failures.
